This workshop provides an overview of Denver Options’ Policy and Procedure 2.4, Mistreatment, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation (MANE) reporting.  It also touches on Policy and Procedure 2.3, Incident Reporting.  The focus will be on how these policies are implemented by staff and managers working in the field.
