CRP RCEP at CTAT Training Surveys

The Region VIII Community Rehabilitation Continuing Education Program at CTAT and the Training Partners in Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming and Utah are planning for next year's training activities and we need your input! 

We are working together to bring high quality training to our customers, avoid duplicating efforts, and maximize training dollars in the Region.

The survey will take you just a few minutes so please share your needs and concerns with us.  Your responses are confidential and will be used in aggregate to design the state training plan for the upcoming year.  Please complete the survey now and submit it electronically by simply following the directions at the end of the survey.  The deadline for responding is December 1, 2004
