Connecting Generations(TM): Keys to Understanding Behaviors, Honoring Generational Differences, and Working Together More Effectively

Connecting Generations is a presentation that focuses on enhancing communication between the various generations. By bridging the generation gap, participants are encouraged to "honor one another and our differences." This in turn will create awareness, reduce stress and promote productive relationships both professionally (work) and personally.

Objectives: Participants will learn the following:

* Through an accelerated learning technique (board game,)understand and discuss differences amongst the four generations.
* Become aware of generational preferences and communication.
* Understand the connection between miscommunication amongst the generations and lost productivity.
* Discuss today's multi-generational workplace and how to be productive.
* Appreciate different perspectives that each generation brings to the workplace.
